Some of his most famous enomys are: the Autons(their the living plastic things),the cybermen,the Daleks,the Heamovers, the Ice Woriors, the Master(They used to go to school 2 gether), the Morbius Monster, Cassandra,the Silurians and the Sea Devils, the Slitheen,the Sontarans, the Yeti, the Zygons, Davros, the Rachnoss, and many many more!!! But they wernt all bad guys, the Doctor has a lot of friends out their too like: the Cryons, the Aderents of the repeated meme, the Face of Boe, the trees from the forest of Cheem,(Jebe is the Doctors Favourate), the Mox of Balhoon, the brothers of Hop Pyleen,Mr and Mrs Pacoo and a lot more, after all, with all of space and time to Explore, they have limitless adventures!!!
2. Torchwood
Outside the law, beyond the united nations, just on the right by the quicksafe, TW is a secret organization funded by the queen, together, Captain Jack who is indestructible thanks to Rose Tyler, Gwen Cooper, Ianto Jones, Owen, Tosh, and on the rare occasion Martha, they have saved the world from everything from Weevils to Bliss Manger, but maybe Something else is hiding in the shadows...
3. The Sarah Jane Adventures
A long time ago, a young Sarah Jane working as a journalist met the Doctor in his 4th incarnation played by Tom Baker, she immediately fell in love with the adventure she had in the doctors life until one day, they parted, Sarah thought she would be taken to another planet to live out the rest of her days but the doctor made a slight miscalculation and sent her Back to Earth! Lately she has discovered that life on Earth can be an adventure too, having saved the Earth several times from Slitheen and The Trickster, she has met up with the doctor on 2 different occasions, the 1st in a school to help save the Earth from the Kritilians and the Second tome to help save the Earth from the Daleks, Davros, but what if something else has been following her all these years...
